The Business Law Program's Faculty Workshop Series provides the faculty members an opportunity to provide feedback to other faculty members, or outside speakers, on their working papers and publication.  The topics range from antitrust issues to transactional issues.  This faculty workshop features Kathleen Engel, a Research Professor of Law at Suffolk University.  Professor Kathleen Engel is a national authority on mortgage finance and regulation, subprime and predatory lending, consumer credit, and housing discrimination.
